Psa 111: Honouring the Lord
[Preliminary
Comments: A simple psalm that is really just appreciating
the Lord in praise [v.1], for all His works [v.2] that reveal
His wonder [v.3], works that are so memorable [v.4], seen in the
way He provides for His covenant people [v.5] for whom He has
provided a land [v.6]. All He does reveals His ongoing faithfulness
and justice in accordance with His covenant with His people [v.7],
a covenant that is unending [v.8], a covenant to ensure redemption
for His people [v.9], a foundation for their honouring Him [v.10].
